1 br/1 bath available in a 2/2 in a great high rise apt! VA Square - $1,400 - (Arlington, VA)

Hello - I am moving out of the high-rise life into a townhouse and am looking to move out from my apartment by the beginning of March, however that can be flexible. I am looking for someone to take over my lease - female preferred. I've lived in the apartment for 3 1/2 years and my really have loved the area and my roommate, who is awesome. The place and the roomie are definitely keepers and I will miss them both. About the room: This is the second bedroom in a 2BR 2BA apartment in Quincy Plaza on 3900 Fairfax Drive, Arlington VA 22203. The bedroom itself is 11 x 13.6, not including the walk-in closet and the bathroom. Just to give you an idea of the amount of space - in the bedroom, I have room for a large desk for work space, a full size bed, 2 dressers and a nightstand. The walk-in closet is huge and also has shelves behind the racks for more storage. The bathroom includes a large shower with a seat and extra cabinets for storage.
