Roommate wanted to share Four BR 1.5 BA condo/townhome... - $450 - (Birdsboro, PA)

Hello, I am currently looking for two female roommates to share my house. I am not home often, maybe 2 or 3 nights a week. When I am there, I have a dog with me and occasionally a cat. The house is completely furnished, including the bedrooms. I am looking for two people to rent rooms at 450 a piece and split the heat, electric, and cable three ways. I love to laugh and watch movies and occasionally I have a few friends over but I will discuss that with any potential roommates. I am looking to split the chores with everyone and move on from there. I look forward to meeting a few new roommates!
