Room for Rent - Union Square ($290/month) - $290 - (Mt Pleasant, MI)

I am looking to sublet a room in Union Square sometime before Spring. It is a 2 beds, one bathrooms room with 1 roommate. Rent is $290 per month plus utilities (Normally $310 - I'm putting a partial payment down to help move things along). The lease ends July 21, 2017. The start date is flexible, as I have some open options for moving around town. In other words, you can take over my lease anytime between January and May. My reasons for moving is that I will not be around in Mt. Pleasant during the summer, and am looking to unburden myself from paying for the room before then. My roommate is 42 and currently on partial disability, but takes care of herself and requires no assistance. She is also seeking work that she is cleared to perform. Female roommates preferred, but an arrangement may be made if you both are compatible.
