Flatshare Description Hello! I am looking for a friendly female flatmate to move in to a great flat in Victoria. The flat is right next to the station so it's incredibly convenient for transport and very safe. You will be within ten minutes walk to Tate Britain and the river, Hyde Park, Green Park and Buckingham Palace, Sloane Square, Saatchi Carousel and the King's Road, lots of nice little shops and bars in Wilton St in Pimlico and all the loveliness of Belgravia with Elizabeth St only five minimum away. There is also a big Sainsbury's round the corner and a small 1 open from 6am to 11pm pretty much across the road. The building is state of the art and very well maintained, it has a reception with a lovely lady who will take your deliveries and there is also a beautiful communal roof terrace, but with Hyde Park and Green Park so close by, I haven't really spent much time there. The living room is really spacious with sitting and dining areas and there are new hardwood floors throughout the flat.
