I am a proffessional woman who works in sf so I'm not home every day. I have a ten year old easy son who only spends time here on occasions due to school on the peninsula. We are very easy going and just want someone who will help me take good care of my home. No wild parties but friends are welcome to enjoy your space, otherwise I like people so friends do come and enjoy time by the pool or occasional sleepover of family members. We can communicate on what works for us both and work that out.
