32 white male with no children and former military is looking to share/rent out the house. Im a non drinker and dont use drugs at all. House is recently up-to-date and has 4 beds and 2 baths. You will have full access to the home. You will have a private bedroom and full size bathroom,. Located in a peaceful country setting only minutes from Covington and Slidell areas. I don't mind if you are a smoker, but absolutely NO DRUG USE. Rent includes all utilities including Wi-Fi and satellite and full access to the home. The house sits on 1 acre. Washer & dryer on site, ample storage for all your belongings, gas appliances, premium granite counter tops. I am a peaceful person, and would like the same out of a prospective roommate. I would like to rent this out to a white female preferably please. This will be a month to month lease, and I only ask for a $200 security deposit. Rent is negotiable.
