Roommate wanted to share Two BR One BA apartment... - $240 - (Toledo, OH)

Hello, I am a student on the University of Toledo medical campus. I live in a two beds apartment close to campus and i have a spare room available for rent.The cost of the room is $240 monthly and the renters' insurance is already paid for the year. We will split the electric and internet bills. I have a furnished living room with a smart TELEVISION (netflix, hulu, YT). Please let me know if you would like to room together :)
