Roommate wanted to share One BR One BA apartment... - $560 - (Draper, UT)

I am looking for a female roommate with LDS standards to share a 2 bedrooms/two bathrooms apartment in Draper. I live at Allegro Apartments near Ikea. You would have your own private bed and bathroom. The shared living spaces are furnished but the bedroom is not. The bedroom is 10'9"X12'6" and has a large walk-in closet. It would be $570/month plus 1/2 utilities. The $570 includes internet. Utilities range from $40-90 a month, depending on the time of year. The apartment has a washer/dryer. The apartment complex has a pool, spa, and fitness facilities. The available Lease is 9 mnths to 12 mnths. I am a 28 yr old working professional. I'm pretty laid back. I do have 1 declawed cat.
