Hi, I'm a legal secretary looking for a female professional or a Stanford student who can commit to a year if possible. Rent includes wifi, electricity, and cable. Deposit can be used for last month's rent and can be paid in three-month increment. Sorry no other pets but my small dog. The bedroom is unfurnished although a bookshelf and small bureau is available. No bed in the room although shown. Room has two closets and there are more outside the room.
