Roommate wanted to share Three BR Two BA house... - $700 - (Antioch, IL)

Looking for a reliable friendly person to share my house with. Must have stable job. I will take care of all utilities which include garbage, electric, gas/heat and I have Comcast wireless internet. I am always open to sharing in shopping/food responsibilities with the right person. You don't have to be a clean freak but definitely don't be a complete slob that's a deal breaker. I am a sales professional during the day but am also a DJ/music producer on nights and weekends. I'm usually in bed by ten during the week because I wake up early. I have a 2 yr old puppy and a 5 yr old cat, both friendly. My dog is usually blocked off in the kitchen when I'm not home and both animals are house broken. I will welcome animals but that would have to be discussed and the deposit may go up. I'm currently remodeling half the house but the side where 2 of the bedrooms, one baths, and living room are are done. I am open to a 6 mnth or 1 yr lease. Also I will work with you with the deposit if you don't have it all at once.
