Roommates - N.A. - (Raleigh, NC)

My housemates and I are seeking 1 more housemate for our 4 beds house near NC State. The neighborhood is Trailwood Springs. We are open to students (NC State, Wake Tech, Meredith, Peace, etc) or young professionals. Female or male ok. We like to have fun but we are also hard working. We are clean and considerate. The house is really nice. It is furnished, except for the bedrooms, and there are two full sized refrigerators in the kitchen. The back yard is huge and has a deck and a fire pit. We have bonfires frequently The available room is a enormous, sunny master bedroom with private entry, two walk in closets, and a private bath with garden bathtub. Rent is $575 plus shared utilities (broadband internet, cable television, alarm system, electricity, gas, water, lawn care) The lease is until the end of July, and we might be renewing for next academic year. We have a small and a medium dog. Outside smoking only please.
