Roommate wanted to share Three BR 2.5 BA house... - $700 - (McMinnville, OR)

I am 24yrs old and enjoy an active kind of lifestyle! I have a 2 yr old male boxer, so if you don't like dogs I'm sorry this isn't the spot for you. I am pretty laid back but can not stand messy people and lazy people when it comes to roommates. Since I am renting out rooms from my very Own home, I will be very careful about who I choose. I will be asking for references and possibly even require a background check. Rent will be $700/month and that includes a furnished room (bed, nightstand, and dresser), W/S/G/E, very high speed wifi, and parking either in drive way or on street. There will also be a deposit that you will have to pay along side your 1st months rent. I'd prefer to rent out to longterm renters..... but not against the college kids either (use to be 1 last year)!
