Flatshare Description We have 2 rooms in our beautiful Victorian conversion first level flat available from mid-February (we are flexible with timing). The rooms There is one beds which is complete furnished and which you can see on the picture above. There is another 1 which we used as our living room and this room is being refurbished (painted, etc.) at the moment. It is about the same size and we are happy to furnish it with a bed upon request. There are wood floors and in-built storing spaces in both rooms. The 2 rooms would be ideal for a couple as bedroom and living room/study or we are also happy to rent them out separately (at 1100 each including all bills). The flat The flat has a lovely back garden as well as a bath. It is very close to Queens Road Peckham station from which you can take the train to London Bridge (10min.) or the London Overground. We are looking for non-smokers exclusively. We are renting out the 2 rooms since we will be traveling a lot for work in the upcoming months.
