Flatshare Description Good size double room in a beautiful 2 bedrooms, bright, 1st-floor flat in Kensal Rise/Kensal Green for a professional, sharing with a couple (tenancy allows us to add 1 person only, so no possibility of another couple unfortunately..!). Our current flatmate is moving in with friends, so we're looking for someone to move in during February (exact date is flexible). We're on a twelve month tenancy agreement with 7 mnths left to run, but with a 6 mon break clause around March time. For total clarity, we may be looking to move out to find somewhere on our own some time from March onwards. This could either be done by using the break clause, you start a new contract with someone else, or we replace ourselves and continue on the existing tenancy. The rent is currently split between the 2 rooms as £1130 inc.
