A couple or a professional/mature student would be great. This would also be a sublease. The lease ends around May 30th. The room is spacious with lots of closet space. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The complex has access to an outdoor pool and gym. The location is prime with a King Soopers, gym, Cheba Hut, etc within walking distance (right across the street). There are bus stops located across the street and this apartment is 1.5 miles from campus. There is easy access to Horsetooth and other local amenities. Couples are ok! Dogs and cats are ok!
