Fidm roommate at appt. Southpark by Windsor - N.A. - (Los Angeles, CA)

Looking for someone to take over my lease at the (Southpark by Windsor Apartments) on Hill and ninth St. about two blocks away from Fidm and six blocks away from the staples center. I will be leaving this apartment ASAP because of school. It's a shared Master room with a enormous bathroom and very big closet. Washer-dryer in unit. Pretty much all kitchen supplies are already here and television is already here. Also a bunch of storage area in closet, bathroom cabinets and laundry closet. Also the tub is massive as well and there are 2 separate sinks.
