Tenant may opt to pay for internet service if desired, it's ready for service with Time Warner/Spectrum (but just not active). Smokers are OK, but there is no smoking allowed inside at any time. You will have personal access to the private patio in front, which is adjacent to the room and accessible via a sliding glass door.
