Roommate wanted to share Two BR Two BA condo/townhome... - $799 - (Palm Springs, CA)

Hello, my name is Trevor and my Wife is Melody. Recently we moved to Palm Springs and bought this condominium. We are looking to rent our guest room because we plan to spend the summer in the Philippines and would like to subsidize some of the cost while were gone with having a roommate (great part is that you would have the entire place to yourself for the summer). My wife and I are easy going and clean, we have a small dog that is friendly and her name is Lucy. I train golfers and my wife does social media marketing and we are in our 30's. Our place can be describe from the outside as a desert style condominium and from the inside as state of the art/retro. It is completely remolded and has a very cozy feeling with a great view of the mountain. The condos are a access controlled community with a washer-dryer area, heated pool, heated jacuzzi, the neighbors are friendly, great landscaping that is well kept and the location is central to everything.
