Male Roommate wanted $400/month all bills included/all bills paid. Room is 140 sq-ft also includes a closet, unfurnished, has window a-c.Oversized backyard and porch. Located near Dollar General, HEBand Walmart. Bill Miller's and other Mexican restaurants also near. Neighbor hood is peaceful and safe. Roommate preferably nonsmoker and no ok for pets.Roommates age between 25-60 yrs old. I am a tenant age 50 and male. I am seeking a min of 6 mnth contract. Person who does their own dishes and is coureous. No overnight guests. No couples need apply. Roommate will have access to common areas of house and share bathroom.
