Roommate wanted to share One BR One BA house... - $600 - (Lancaster, CA)

We are looking to rent out the downstairs bedroom in our home. We have 2 children ages eight & 6. Looking for someone who is clean and respectful of their things and ours. You will have your own bathroom but will need to share as it is the only 1 downstairs. Looking for a college female student or someone with a job but needing a place to live. We do have two inside cats, but they are hypo-allergenic. We also have three dogs that are only inside at night.
