I am a semi retired professional female who would like to rent a private room w/ private bath in a 2 level house with garage for 3 cars in a lovely area of La Mirada, CA. I am friendly but firm with regards to house rules. The room is furnished but roommate may opt to bring their own bed. Laundry and light cooking privileges, garage parking for mid size or smaller car is available. The house is near all amenities-grocery stores, church, schools, malls, movies, theater.
