Roommate wanted to share Three BR 2.5 BA house... - $517 - (Tampa, FL)

Single private room in a 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms house. Bath will be shared. Total of two individuals living currently there. We are both Physician Assistant students who spend most of our time studying when we are home. Date available is ASAP. Rent is 516 a month with one months deposit due on the first. May be able to work with you on the deposit. Looking for a roommate who is not too messy but we're both pretty easy going and spend much of our time in the office studying.
