I am looking for an honest and reliable person to rent my 850 square feet one beds basement. This does have a shared entrance with access from front door or garage. I am near I94 or 131. I live on 1.3 acres and about ten mins from WMU campus. I am somewhat of a peaceful person who is rarely home, so having someone reliable that will take care of my place while I am gone, is very important to me.
