Roommate wanted to share Two BR One BA home... - $400 - (Cottage Grove, OR)

I'm Aundrea. Super sweet, laid-back, friendly, and relatively peaceful (unless I'm listening to my country music). I work for HACSA of Lane County in Eugene Monday-Friday, and I also have my well-behaved 4-year-old daughter here in the house every other week. I do not smoke or do drugs, and I rarely ever drink. I expect the same in a roommate. I do not mind if you have a child (even better if they are around my kid's age!), but I prefer they not be with you full time. There is a narrow back and side yard, but no pets are allowed on the property. All utilities are included in the rent (water, electricity, garbage, internet), but you will have to pay the initial application fee ($35) and pass a background check with the property management company in Eugene. I am a very tidy person (not OCD by any means) as I take pride in my space, so please at least match my level of cleanliness in the common spaces.
