Room for rent in beautiful Bellwood home - $625 - (Bellwood, IL)

I am looking to rent a single room in my 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms home. I am looking for 1 occupant that is clean and responsible. The rent is $625 monthly and includes all utilities+internet. There is a 1 yr lease that will be required to sign upon move in along with 1 mnth security deposit. No pets or smoking allowed in the house. Since I work overnights, I require someone who can be respectful of noise level during the day time since that is usually when I will be sleeping. There is plenty of parking available on the street. The room already includes a small bed, but I can remove it if you have your own. About me: I work overnights at a pharmaceutical company. I like to occasionally cook when time allows. I am hardly ever home since I am usually busy with work or personal plans.
