The kitchen has a gas stove and newer appliances, including dishwasher. Shared washer + dryer downstairs. Beautiful 125yr old banyan tree on the premises, plus a backyard to garden or relax in. We are into composting, recycling, and otherwise being gentle on the environment. The property has a whole house water filter, so showers and water from every tap inside and outside are delicious and pure! We don't have a TELEVISION in any of the common areas.
