Roommate wanted to share Two BR Two BA house... - $525 - (Arlington, TX)

Hi there! I would like to find a good prof female housemate to share my home with to help with expenses! I am looking for someone that has good references (stable employment and good character references) and that is clean, responsible and trustworthy person as well. Must work outside of the house (40 hours full time hours). No at home workers please, that will not work out well. You can park your vehicle out in front of home in street or up by garage off street, the lighting is good and it is a nice peaceful neighborhood in terrific location! I like to work out, walk, and work on my yard and garden and I like to travel some when possible. I am easy going for the most part, but like things in order and not messy. I like the house to be clean and orderly within reason. I do like to go out, I like to have a beer now and then and I like BBQ for sure! I have a cat, she is indoor cat only, (she is declawed and sweet disposition), short hair. I love movies, fine cuisine and art museums!
