Roommate wanted to share Three BR Three BA house... - $1,282 - (Santa Monica, CA)

My name is Chad and I moved out to Santa Monica a year ago from the East coast. I just recently signed a lease at a three bedrooms/ three bathrooms house near the Water Garden in Santa Monica. My roommates had to back out unfortunately so I need 2 other roommates to also sign the lease for a min of eleven months.
