Roommate wanted to share Two BR One BA condo/townhome... - $600 - (Chesterfield, VA)

Graphic Designer/Social media coordinator with a full time job. Looking for someone who can handle living on their own along with the responsibilities that requires. I pretty much keep to myself. I have friends over about once a month for a board game night, which, if that's your thing, you are welcome to join. About the Condominium: Cost includes all utilities. The building used to be an apartment, but now it runs as a condominium, with a HOA governing it. I'm a little allergic to cats (Gives me a headache when I'm around them too much) and I also have friends who are allergic, so, probably no cats. If you are otherwise a perfect fit, I might reconsider. I'm ok with peaceful dogs.
