Roommate wanted to share Three BR Three BA house... - $600 - (Rolesville, NC)

I have a furnished room with Queen bed, side table, dresser and highboy. It has a private attached bathroom with shower, and is connected by a door inside the room to another room that can be used as a office-den. I travel to Venice, Italy each year and stay for 2-three months. I am looking for a responsible room mate who can be trusted to look after the house while I am gone. There is garage parking available. If you want to have cable TELEVISION, this would be your personal expense. Wireless internet is included, as are water, gas and garbage. The electric bill would be shared (each pay half) except for those months when I am not in the residence.
