Looking for a female roommate to share a 2 Beds one Baths apartment from February 1, 2017. The apartment is twenty minutes away from DU via light rail, fifteen minutes on a bike, and six minutes in a car. The apartment is at the intersection of Pearl and Kentucky and rent is $775/month/person. All utilities included except for Xcel energy (which runs around $25/month/apartment). The Internet is not included but we are working with our neighbors to share the internet. Laundry is FREE. Walkable distance to the Louisiana-Pearl or Broadway light rail station. Plenty of streets parking. Very close to Interstate 25. Sprouts and Whole Foods are walkable distance, and there are many great restaurants on Pearl Street a 10-15 minute walk away!
