Roommate wanted to share Four BR Two BA house... - $550 - (Wilmington, DE)

I am a 57yr old painting contractor. I have a nice place available. The gentleman that was occupying the room for the last 2yrs lost his job. I have a friendly 5yr old German Shepard . The house is clean and peaceful. I grew up in this house. I have two roommates. I has been here 4 yrs. Goes home every weekend. My other roommate works six days a week. Goes home to Florida once a month. There is no drama in this house!
