Roommate wanted to share Three BR 1.5 BA house... - $500 - (Rochester, NY)

I am looking for someone that would like to rent a room, the house is furnished except the bedroom that they would rent. However, the bedroom could be furnished with a queen sized bed and a small dresser. The room mate would have use of basement and attic storage as well as utilities (kitchen and bathroom, etc). The house is in a terrific location- it is on a bus line, walkable distance to some great restaurants, and bike friendly. There is shared driveway parking and off parking on street too. Conveniently located near U of R and college town. I am a retired nurse and I do not work. I am a native to the area and have family that I see regularly.
