Roommate wanted to share Three BR Three BA condo/townhome... - $1,050 - (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA)

Hello everyone! We are currently looking a roommate to share our 1700 square feet 3 beds three baths home in Rancho Santa Margarita. The house is amazing! We have parking for all 3 of us, garage for two cars and a full driveway. The room for rent is the downstairs room with its own private bathroom. It has access to the patio, a ceiling fan and its own DirectTV dvr box. There is a large washer dryer and full access to the living room and kitchen. We have an awesome patio that overlooks the mountains, making it a fun area to just hang and have dinner or watch the sunset. (We go out there a lot in the summer) Rent is $1050/mo. Utilities average $80/mo. and include wifi and DirectTV. What's around?? We have access to the RSM lake and multiple pools and jacuzzis in the area. 1 set is walkable distance from the house. We also have miles of great hiking (or dirt biking) trails right behind our house. We go down there all the time too! A little about us!
