We are a fun loving, no drama, positive, low key household. While we aren't related biologically we are friends that feel like family & we would love that in a roommate. We are people of faith, however we will accept any belief system or lack therof as long as our beliefs are respected & accepted as well. The room available is a full, finished basement with its own private half bath, it is also connected to the washer & dryer area which is very convenient as the roommate will not need to climb up & down stairs to complete those laundry. Our neighborhood is peaceful & very safe with access to a gymnasium, clubhouse & pool ( in the summer ) for all residence. It's conveniently located less than 2 mis from the heart of Canal Winchester which offers many restaurants, grocery stores & a plethora of other businesses 1 can enjoy ; Easton Towncenter is a quick fifteen minute drive from our home & Polaris Mall is only 30-35 minutes
