Roommate wanted to share Four BR Two BA house... - $625 - (Clarence, NY)

I am a single mother with one 20 yr old daughter still living at home with me. She is a college student and works full time. I work full time as well. My home has a park in the backyard and I live in a residential neighborhood. I am five minutes from NY state thruway, 20 minutes from downtown buffalo, and ten minutes from University of Buffalo, North and South campuses. There is a private area for the tenant to utilize at their leisure. The room is furnished with a large dresser, closet, fullsize bed and desk, along with a tv. I have cable, wifi and net flix. There is off street parking. Past tenants have enjoyed living here. We are very friendly and I like to treat my tenants as family, if they choose to be included. No pressures. Tenants have full use of my kitchen, laundry facility and also have their own dorm size refrigerator and pantry area.
