Roommate wanted to share Two BR One BA apartment... - $500 - (Pearland, TX)

I'm looking for a clean, professional, easygoing roommate. Someone I can trust. I'm usually busy Monday through Friday. I like to relax on the weekends (as much as possible). I'd require some peaceful time. I do have a 2yr old. She's pretty much attached to me and her having her own room is pointless! I'd love to rent out the 2nd bedroom as I am in need of assistance. Because of my need as well as yours, I'm hoping we can be mutually respectful and reasonable with each other.
