Roommate wanted to share Three BR Two BA house... - $900 - (Highlands Ranch, CO)

Hi there! I am a 27 yr old female, looking for 2 roommates, male or female, for a house I am moving into at the end of January. I work full time as a financial analyst for an engineering company in Park Meadows area. I also travel once a month for a few days at a time. I have 3 very sweet dogs and 1 little kitty that usually hides. So please be ok with animals. The dogs will stay in my room when I am at work. There are 2 rooms available for rent, starting January 20th or later. The house: 3 beds and 2 baths. There is also an unfinished basement that will be finished sometime in the spring. Wonderfully up-to-date Province Center home with to soaring ceiling in living room, new carpet and fresh paint! Kitchen offers cozy breakfast bar that opens to freshly painted cabinets, new granite countertops and all new appliances. I am looking for a young professional or a serious student. I work a lot and am currently in school, so this is not a party house.
