Roommate Needed ASAP - $593 - (Fort Collins, CO)

Hello I am looking for a person to take over my lease at 813 W Myrtle St. The rent is 593.00 dollars a month including everything besides electricity and wifi. The month of January is FREE. I would need someone to take this lease from Feb-July 2017. This house is a great location for any CSU student because it is so close to campus. Bright, main-floor unit with hardwood floors, fenced back yard, washer and dryer in unit, and a cute kitchen with lots of cabinet space. Currently two other ladies that are juniors at CSU live in the house with a friendly cat. It is available now and anyone interested can move in ASAP!
