You get: Minimally furnished bedroom with a twin size bed and dresser (Although, if you have furniture you want to bring, no problem) Walk-in closet Private Bathroom Access to upstairs sitting room 24/7 access to: Washer / dryer Large kitchen You are responsible for half of monthly utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash/Recycling, Wi-Fi/Satellite).
