Roommate wanted to share Five BR 1.5 BA apartment... - $710 - (Brooklyn, NY)

Hi All! This April I will have four beds available in my 5 beds apartment. A few of my roommates are moving back home and another with their significant other. I been living here for a year and absolutely love it! A little about me, I work in Film and TELEVISION as a Location Assistant. I'm always busy. The apartment comes with exposed brick wall throughout the apartment including each room, a dishwasher, (2) bathrooms, washer / dryer area in the basement, and a roof top view of lower Manhattan; I love the view at night. There are various markets, bars, shops and vegan-friendly restaurants all with in walking distant. We also have a blink gymnasium 2 blocks away from the apartment. The rent is $710 plus utilities, which includes Electric, Gas, and the Internet they are roughly around $60 a month. Management is requesting a security down payment of $710, 1st-month rent, and $100 application fee which comes to $1520. The down payment is to secure your room.
