We are a family (husband, wife and kids.) We have a four bedrooms 3 bthrm home in Springlake Cove subdivision. Looking to rent our downstairs bedroom to a female only, small child permitted. You would have your own private room with key and private half bathroom. You would have to shower or bathe in the upstairs shared bathroom. You will have full access to the downstairs living room, dedicated dining area area, patio and kitchen. All utilities included. The room has 1 futon and chair. All other furniture would have to be provided by yourself. Light drinking and smoking is permitted. Room will be available the last week of January, possibly sooner.
