This is an old cozy house in a quite and friendly neighborhood. I have a bright, sunny room with closet space for rent on the second floor of an Old family home available February first. A spacious "country" kitchen with view of luscious green backyard, shared living room and bathroom. Utilities: Water, Gas, Heat, and Internet are included. Electric is included too but It will varies if you have an AIR CONDITIONER. My best friend is moving out so all the furniture in the room will be gone. Access to everything including: 25-30 minutes to Manhattan. It's an 8-10 minute walk to the train in safe neighborhood. Close to trains (E,F,V,M,R, #7 and LI RR), Q60 bus to Queens Center Mall, Costco, TJ MAX, & Bed Bath and Beyond..etc. We are ten minutes away from LGA by cab. Less than fifteen minutes away from JFK by LIRR. We are 1 block away from Queens Blvd and 1 block away from the Laundry Matt.
