Looking for someone longer than just a couple months but the lease is month to month. Clean 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms home share with 2 straight males. Friendly and respectful is a must. Good safe clean neighborhood. Shopping, forest preserves, fishing, biking, running, golf courses, expressways all close. Bus is 1/2 mi, train is 1mi away. Blackhawks fans, only time it gets a little noisy. Always peaceful after 10:30pm. Looking for someone older than 34 that is working, compatible, clean and friendly. Only a few rules and they make sense. Smoking outside, no mess left in kitchen or bath. Shared meals, always grilling. Partake in dinners or eat out of a bag, doesn't matter but we do eat good. Shared expenses for dinners. All utilities included. Washer-dryer. Off parking on street providing that your ride doesn't leak anything. If all this sounds good to you, it only gets better. Lets talk.
