Roommate wanted to share One BR One BA condo/townhome... - $800 - (Homestead, FL)

I am a very clean person and looking for a famale who is the same. Electricity is included in the rent unless there is a significant increase in the bill and its 50/50 with the water. Cable is included. You must be able to pass a credit/background check thru the community which you are responsible to pay for. I do not like a lot of people in my house so if you donhost a lot then this will not be a good fit. Looking for someone professional.
