Subleasing room at the avenue - $758 - (Indianapolis, IN)

I am looking to sublease my room at the avenue near IUPUI campus. It is a four beds with four baths. I have 3 female roommates who attend IUPUI so applicant must be a female in the same age range. All utilities are included except electric which tends to run between $20-30 a month. There is a parking garage available for tenants for an extra cost per month. Bedrooms are furnished with a bed and set of drawers. It is in walkable distance of IUPUI and a selection of restaurants. The residents have access to the saltwater pool and fitness facilities. The lease ends in July 2017.
