Roommate wanted $400 (sioux falls) - $400 - (Sioux Falls, SD)

I am 28 and looking for a roommate to move in asap. The place has 4 beds, two baths, two living rooms, a big kitchen and laundry on site. $400 a month plus half of the utilities that we share. Sorry but no pets and no parties.
