Roommate wanted to share Three BR 1.5 BA house... - $800 - (Franklinville, NY)

I work hard for what I have and take care of my things. I have a house that my sister was originally living w me and she moved, my son is in college in a different state. I have a three beds house w one full bathrooms and 2 half baths so the showet would have to be shared at this time. House had a large basement w laundry area and tons of storage. Attached two car garage to park car in and a storage shed in back of house for more storage. Very nice size backyard which I don't mind mowing and good neighbors. I'm looking for a roommate to help with costs since my renter (sister) moved. Nice house and neighborhood. Can disuss pets depending on size and type of animal. I work a lot and do travel often so I need someone reliable who won't trash the place when I'm gone. I'm a very clean person and enjoy entertaining and cooking, chores should be shared with common areas of the house.
