somebody who is clean and able to pay there bills on time. Also have respect for the things in our home. I am a divorced 52 yr father of two daughters the ages of sixteen and 13.they live with there mother but stay with me a couple nights a week. They are very well behaved and respect others. The house is completely furnished except for roommates bed set and TELEVISION in the bedroom.
