I have a large double room for rent in a beautiful townhouse which was fully up-to-date in 2016. The house contains two large beds, a large brand new bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen is newly fitted. The dining room is furnished with a new dining set and there is a new couch and coffee table in the living room. The house contains 2 large storage rooms. The home has a large garden to the front and a private garden to the back. I travel up to three weeks per month for work. I am a non-smoker. Female tenant is preferable. The house is close to shopping amenities. There is private parking for up to 3 cars. Dogs are welcome.
